As of January 2025, we are implementing a service charge of 22%. 5% is retained by the business to pay for the 20% increase in Seattle’s minimum wage and the continued high price of ingredients and spirits. The remaining 17% is split between the staff in addition to their hourly wages. Any additional tips go entirely to the staff.
